updating f22 llvm to 3.5.2 release?

Hi Jens,

Any update on the proposed llvm35 package? One of my package (Pure) is
affected as it uses the old JIT that is dropped in 3.6, and upstream has
only just started rewriting for mcjit.

If you need a reviewer just ping.
