Again, you need to build a new openmpi in your copr that's newer than the
1.8.7-1 in Fedora now.

For the -devel issue, we need:

%__mpi_magic            ^(setuid )?(setgid )?(sticky )?ELF (32|64)-bit.*$
%__mpi_flags            exeonly

to match the %__elf_* options.
