[Packaging] Ownership of python-line_profiler

Hi,

I would like to announce that I am willing to take ownership of the
previously orphaned package "python-line_profiler", maintain and
update it as required. I have already opened a new ticket and also got
it re-reviewed by Michel Alexandre Salim.
