Review swap: parcimonie.sh

Hi all,

I'm looking for a review for parcimonie.sh [1].

parcimonie.sh refreshes individual keys in your GnuPG keyring at
randomized intervals. Each key is refreshed over a unique, single-use
Tor circuit.

The package is rather simple, as it only consists of a single bash
script and a parameterized systemd service.

I'll review a package in return.
