The Perl 5.22 mass rebuild has break po4a , so all po4a dependents will
fail in "Fedora 23 mass rebuild".

For example debconf [1] we got
Error: Package: po4a-0.45-4.fc23.noarch (build)
DEBUG util.py:378:             Requires: perl(:MODULE_COMPAT_5.20.2)

But 6 hours ago, Ralf Corsépius fix po4a (rhbz #1230977) and we got 
po4a fixed in version 0.45-6.fc23 ...
