need rpm help (nothing provides /bin/python)

that's a nice writing BUT Fedora decided later to make these cleanups 
not mandatory, try it out, use %{_sbindir}/ldconfig in local built RPM 
packages and wait for the first dist-upgrade with YUM/DNF which can't 
solve deps because *core packages* stil provide /sbin/whatever instead 
/usr/sbin/whatever
