RFC: Audacious 3.6 build options

I'm not sure if it's stable enough to start building it in rawhide
(now that we're branched for F22), but I guess it's worth a try.

I'd say: follow upstream and build with GTK2. You are allowed to change
application behaviour or appearance between distribution releases.

I'd wait with building against Qt5 in F22 until there is no dependency
on both Qt and GTK anymore.
