Update to 0ad-0.18

  Hi,

  In case you would like to see it faster in Fedora :)

  0ad-0.18 needs mozjs31, so I need this package reviewed
and approved:

  For rawhide I also need gloox rebuilt for the new
c++ string and list abi:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1202059

  I pushed commits for 0ad and 0ad-data only for rawhide,
but requiring the new mozjs31 package, and gloox rebuilt,
"it works for me".
