GNOME 3.16.0 megaupdate

Hi all,

Finally, the long wait is over and the 3.16.0 release is here! Or almost
over, first we have to get those pesky tarballs out upstream and builds
done downstream. :)

Upstream has been in hard code freeze since the 3.15.92 release last
week, so this week's release shouldn't have a lot of surprises.

As usual:

 - builds: fedpkg build --target f22-gnome
 - spreadsheet for anything extra:

... and I'll take care of submitting the megaupdate later this week.
