Koji build failure: noarch vs. arch?

Sorry, upon closer review doesn't look like that quite matches.  Couldn't
find a bug... if someone knows of one, please let me know, otherwise I'll
create one.  I used the workaround, and that worked fine btw; but doesn't
seem like it should be the solution.
