1. So, the proper place to report issues with an infrastructure service
is by filing a ticket here:

Or you can let us know on IRC in #fedora-admin. 
 
2. I am taking a look at the problem and hopefully it will be
processing again soon. 
 
3. We are working on moving things to a new cloud install that should
be a good deal more reliable.
