Skipping Wednesday's FESCo Meeting (2015-05-06)

I am proposing skipping the FESCo meeting  this week as there is only one  
item on the agenda, and it can be handled in the ticket[1].  I will run the 
meeting the week after. unless someone has something to add to the agenda that 
needs our attention.  All FESCo members please do vote on the ticket.
