the same way as other packages to it?

* see php
* see httpd

see kernel with "kernel" just a metapackage pulls all otehr subpackages 
but you can "dnf remove kernel kernel-modules" on virtual machines while 
no upgrade path at all is broken because existing and initial 
installations are unchanged
