It's QA meeting time again! We wrapped up on F23 last week, so let's
take this week to plan ahead for Fedora 24. View this agenda as a rough
guide to things I figured would be useful to discuss - we can bring up
other F24 planning topics as appropriate. Remember we're at 16:00 UTC
now, not 15:00!
