New package distribution-gpg-keys

Hi,
I created new project distribution-gpg-keys:
  https://github.com/xsuchy/distribution-gpg-keys

There are various GPG keys used to sign RPM packages. Right now:
  * centos
  * epel
  * fedora
  * redhat
  * rpmfusion

In future I will try to add all Copr gpg keys.
