[Test-Announce] Fedora 23 Final Release Candidate 5 (RC5) Available Now!

On our modified schedule , Fedora 23 Final Release Candidate 5 (RC5)
is now available for testing. Please help us complete all the
RC5 contains fixes for the new blockers found in RC3, and a couple of
FE fixes. All changes but one are in KDE, so we should focus on re-
running the KDE tests and also on tests that were not run for RC3.
Tests that were run for RC3 are a lower priority. The other change was
to GNOME Software, so we should also ensure that still works as

Normally dl.fedoraproject.org should provide the fastest download, but
ib01.fedoraproject.org is available as a mirror (with an approximately
1 hour lag) in case of trouble. To use it, just replace "dl" with
"download-ib01" in the download URL.
Workstation and Desktop:
All Alpha, Beta and Final priority test cases for each of these test
pages  must pass in order to meet the Final Release Criteria .
Help is available on #fedora-qa on irc.freenode.net , or on the
test list .
