[Test-Announce] Proposal to CANCEL: 2015-09-07 Fedora QA Meeting

Hi folks! Sorry for the late notice, but I'm proposing we cancel
Monday's QA meeting. There's nothing really pressing on the agenda
that I know of, and it's a holiday in North America, so I probably
won't be around.

If folks do want to meet, go right ahead and do it, doesn't need
anyone's permission :) The SOP is
