apitrace-libs.i686 missing in x86_64 repos

There's more to it than that, anything matching
%{_libdir}/lib*.so.*

as well as a few other special rules are multilib'd too.

But... from looking at apitrace-libs, it would appear none of those special 
rules apply in this case either.
