Update of /cvs/docs/release-notes
In directory cvs-int.fedora.redhat.com:/tmp/cvs-serv11155

Modified Files:
	desktop-en.xml development-tools-en.xml java-package-en.xml
	kernel-en.xml package-movement-en.xml package-notes-en.xml
	security-en.xml splash-en.xml xorg-en.xml
Log Message:
- Replaced &FCVER; entities with &LOCALVER; to provide correct version numbers in text and headers
- Removed "Update for Fedora Core test1" notices, since it's now too late...
- Commented out Package Changes section, which is marked as lasted updated in September. See bug #173777 for argument that this should be dropped.
