Hi George,

First of all, thank you very much for taking the time to report this issue.
Unfortunately, I am afraid there is nothing I can do in the System
Administrator's Guide to improve the situation: this book already has a
detailed table of contents [1] and more or less complete index [2], and even
features a section titled “How to Read This Book” [3] to make it easier for
readers to find their way around the book.

Please, feel free to re-open this bug if you disagree with me on this, but for
now, I am closing this bug as a duplicate of bug 948823.
