docs file download?

It actually times out before I can run "cvs -z3 co rhlp-docs-scripts"
(but thanks for that one anyway).

I export CVSROOT (BTW: I think CVS_RHS="ssh" is also necessary - right?
It is missing in "documentation-guide/ch-getting-files.html" but mentioned
in documentation-guide/s1-cvs-configure.html).
But cvs login returns an error:

$ export CVSROOT=:pserver:anonymous at rhlinux.redhat.com:/usr/local/CVS
$ export CVS_RSH="ssh"
$ cvs -z3 login
cvs [login aborted]: connect to rhlinux.redhat.com(66.187.233.241):2401 failed: Connection timed out
$ echo $?
1
o

ps.: 
The sentence "Checking the files out anonymously" in ch-getting-files.html
is not very clear. I know some open source projects where you have to 
enter eg. "anonymous" as password. So something like "do not enter a
password" should be added (is this correct? I do not get that far ...).
This information is also missing in s1-cvs-configure.html .
