Wiki and first usage - relnotes for FC4test?

the information in the release notes includes which
srpm packages where removed and which rpm packages
were added to the system. I guess this information is
available from redhat's build system. It would nice to
have a script or any automated way to find out what
has changed between say fc3 and fc4 test1 and so on.
