The key points I can think of are that the Wiki is actively being used
as the draft pad, so you may want to emphasize how easy it is to get
started using that medium.  Also mention, if you would, #fedora-docs and
#fedora-wiki on IRC.  You might want to give out Stuart's wiki page
since he has information there on hours when he's around.  Most of all,
of course, point people to this list and let them know we are here and
willing to help them get started, gently and patiently.  

My biggest fear is that people don't speak up on this list because they
are worried about the environment being similar to a developers' list --
i.e. not really welcoming to rank newbies -- which is definitely not the
case.  We want to encourage people who want to do "low-impact"
contribution, so they can be useful members of the community.  Anyway,
preaching to the choir, I know. ;-)

That would be great, thanks!  Does anyone else have anything that could
go in the email without making it too long to inspire enthusiasm?
