Life settled enough to work on RPMs?

Hello, All!

I am ready to start checking in some of my hacks against
the preliminary work that stickster has done on the RPM
packaging front.  It's not yet ready for prime time,
but it is close.

These changes may or not break any packaging currently
in place for the FC5 tests, so I thought I'd check the
list before doing the commit.

So, are you ready to rumble?
