Good question, we'll ask Jesse Keating as he is now the maintainer of
the fedora-release package. We can put the FAQ on the local filesystem.
How to link to it? Perhaps we have a make target that is a special
build for the fedora-release package, adding an additional link for the
absolute local file:////usr/share/doc/fedora-release/FAQ. Then the for-
Web version points at the cleaned-up Wiki.
