beat writers need to sync content from XML to Wiki

There is content in the XML release notes that is not in the Wiki.

Please take a few minutes and find your content in the HTML output and
pull it into your beat page:

http://fedora.redhat.com/docs/release-notes/fc5/test2-latest-en/

The Wiki is going to be canonical source for the relnotes, hopefully
starting tomorrow.  We'll continue to pull XML into CVS, tag, build, and
ship, but the writing source is going to be the Wiki.
