Release Notes for fedora-release

Hi Jeremy,

Just as an FYI, the release-notes appear to be ready.  We have the
"en" [sic] version, and the following translations ready to go, to be
generated by "make html" and "make txt":

* it
* ja_JP
* pt_BR
* zh_CN

It looks like there will be a "ru" version and a "fr" version available
on the Web shortly, hopefully before 15 March.  Some of us should be
available in #fedora-docs over the next few hours if needed.

Both docs-common/ and release-notes/ are tagged 'FC-5-GOLD-for-iso' for
your convenience. :-)  I've tested the build process in FC4 and
FC5/Rawhide (current as of ~1800 UTC today), WORKSFORME!
