TQSG wrong submit link

Hallo all, in the TQSG the link to submit translated .po file is still 
https://publictest5.fedora.redhat.com/submit/
but recently I found that is 
https://translate.fedoraproject.org/submit/module/
Should this be fixed in the next release?
