Desktop-file-install options

Hi,

As manyone knows, the option "--vendor"'s not require to be set anymore to
"--vendor fedora".
If everyone agree with this, i'll modify the packaging guidelines to
mentione this change.

I'm waitting your reply if there's more things to know about that.
