Probably, but I'm just dense. :-)  I think the "Makefile.common" file
has the targets in which you're interested.  We have "html" and
"html-nochunks" targets as well as other assorted goodies.  The
docs-common folder can sit in or up to a couple levels above your source
doc... you can see example usage at:
