To make life easier for translators, Publican now no longer allows you
to embed verbatim content (like programlistings and screens) inside
translatable content (like paras).
So the error message is telling you that somewhere in
DiskEncryptionUserGuide.xml, there's a <programlisting> embedded in a
<para> and Publican won't let you create POT files until you move it out
of the <para>.
