User Guide - what next?

ok guys...  what am I  supposed to be doing next?

I have the User Guide branched and in tx. (using rudi's wiki page
instructions) [1]

I have been building each language (based on John's script) to the f-people
site.[2]

now I want it in the F13 Draft Documentation - well, the English at least
but maybe also other >80% done translations. [3]
I assume that these instructions will also help me when publishing the
final...

Can someone point me to those instructions?
