Is this the right place to ask why the Virtualisation pictures seems to be of a xen management and not kvm?

Hello

It seems that the virt-manager instructions used in the Virtualization
manual is for Xen and not KVM.
1)  Is that on purpose?
2)  Is this the right forum to ask the question?
