Yeah.  I'm hoping this will allow more people to become involved in the
process and that the process will become yield better documentation out
the door.

Yeah, QA for translations are also important.  Being mono-lingual I can
only look to see if I can read any portion of a translated guide.  If I
can I know there are problems with the translation.  If I can't I know
someone has translated it and hopefully they've correctly done so.
