Elections for new Docs Project Leader

Last night's meeting yielded no volunteers or nominations for the
position of Docs Project Leader.  I wanted to make sure I opened up the
opportunity on the list for those that could not attend.

So if you would like to nominate someone or volunteer please post it to
the list before Sunday 23:59 UTC.  That should give everyone sufficient
time to provide their input and give me sufficient time to ask for a
ballot to be setup in Fedora's voting system.

If no one steps up then I'll continue on in this role.
