Few links editing on the Release Notes F14

Hi John, and Release Notes team
i have some time to help on the RN, if needed, with some text formatting
or so. 

I have reviewed some bad links, that were present in the draft, 
and replaced few URL links, with readable text:
the most were already fine :-)
