Giving a document karma

I realized that some of the newer contributors might want to help test
the release notes, but may be a bit put off by all the Koji/Bodhi
mumbo-jumbo.

So, I put together a step-by-step wiki page on testing a document.  It
is kind of a long page, not so much because the process is hard, but
because there is a screenshot for almost every mouse click.
