Docs QA Proposal

[Joshua Wulf]

I should have just removed one chapter I was working on, "Problem and
Solution spaces", which was breaking the build. The "Tasks, Procedures,
and Processes" chapter should still be there... I hope!

Is there any way I can trigger a rebuild of the doc on the stage to see?
