Status of translations for the System Administrator's Guide

Hi all,

Can somebody tell us how advanced is the system admin guide, and if we
could have more frequent updates to the resources on Transifex?

For instance, the PPTP chapter is not on Transifex, and given we have an
active translator working on it, translating old resources will deter him,
and late updates to Transifex will discourage him as well when they come.

Release early, release often... Or use per Fedora release transifex projects
if needed.
