Yeah, there ya go.  So I'm not sure of the fix behind this unless Publican gets a lot smarter in handling of translated materials (it's not a one-for-one replacement).  I'm not even sure how to go about sorting Korean or Japanese.

Perhaps the answer, for now, is to use footnotes when you need to explain the meaning of something.  They don't need to be sorted and can be used to add context where needed.
