Getting rid of an old document copy

Fedora currently publishes two versions of the Defensive Coding guidelines:

http://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/Fedora_Security_Team/html/Defensive_Coding/appe-Defensive_Coding-Revision_History.html
http://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/Fedora_Security_Team/1/html/Defensive_Coding/appe-Defensive_Coding-Revision_History.html

As you can see, one is rather dated. How can we avoid that? It is
possible best to replace the first (outdated) copy with the current
content and remove the second set of documents.
