Auto-provides for EPEL

Hi!

I don't know how you do this correctly since I'm not a grand master in RPM
packaging. But that Jon mentioned in BZ comment you should ask on -devel
list or IRC channel. Anyway, thanks for the updated Drupal 7 package!
