Drupal 7 packaging guidelines

The draft Drupal 7 packaging guidelines [1] have been available for a while
now and I have made all the tweaks I have found with the last few months.
 Are there any objections to me submitting a ticket to get this draft
switched over to the official Drupal 7 packaging guidelines? -- I am
assuming of course that all I have to do is submit an FPC ticket?
