Why would you need to do that? FEL ISO is standard Fedora 11 with FEL
packages. So it is already pre-merged. If you are talking about a
GNOME based Desktop as standard Fedora, then all you need to do after
installing the standard Fedora is to

yum groupinstall 'Electronic Lab'
