[Fedora-electronic-lab] Help in for the documentation

Hello there,

I've revamped the wiki entirely
https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-electronic-lab/

It is now categorised into 3 groups :
* developers
* users
* marketers

I think that frontpage pretty much sketch out the basic things we need
to convey to these 3 categories. I would appreciate if you could take
the initiative an update it accordingly.
