[free-electronic-lab] Gwave and emacs-spice-mode

Hi,

I maintain emacs-spice-mode for FEL. Emacs spice mode currently requires
gwave, AFAIK  gwave isn't available for EL5 yet, this  breaks
emacs-spice-mode on EL5. Any pointers on how to go ahead with this package?
