Not sure what it has to do with this list, but:

% koji cancel --help
Usage: koji cancel [options] <task-id|build> [<task-id|build> ...]
(Specify the --help global option for a list of other help options)

Options:
-h, --help show this help message and exit
  --justone Do not cancel subtasks
  --full Full cancellation (admin only)
  --force Allow subtasks with --full

so, 'koji cancel 2554851' should do the trick.
