Yeah, it does. Although there is one thing I'm not 100% sure about, so I 
think it's worth considering -- Workstation WG uses 2-year terms as a 
serving period in their Governance draft and new members are supposed to 
be elected after that pariod.

I understand that continuity is important, but OTOH practically 
no-limitted period could also send a message to the public that we're 
not open enough to accept new (potentially better) members. Thus, any 
finite election period seems a bit better for me.

I was actually thinking about the same -- keeping track of on-going 
discussion only based on mailing list is working fine for some 
short-term and easier tasks, but some ticketing system seems to be more 
transparent for some complicated issues.
