Other WGs are copying what Server has:

It seems to me as self-elected, never changing groups. Honestly who will 
leave position where (s)he can influence decisions in his/her advantage? 
I might be just pesimistic from current political situation here ;)

I don't think we need to figure out whole voting system right now. 
Opinions to vote or do not vote?
