I'm also +1 on having a dedicated IRC channel.
Once we start working on the tasks set out in the PRD, it will be useful
to have a real-time channel for conversations.

I'm for the full version (#fedora-env-and-stacks), but if we decide to
keep it short, I prefer #fedora-stacks.
